For part of a recruitment campaign, we conceived and produced a branded documentary about what it means to be a firefighter. More importantly, we challenged people to a higher level of sacrifice and service. We knew from the beginning we wanted to create a visceral experience - to feel the heat of the fire, to see the sweat, and to hear situations from their perspective.
