Prelude Films is proud to announce that Ryan Polly has joined Prelude Films as a Director.

Polly is a writer/director whose work spans feature films, short films, and branded content; united by a distinct comedic sensibility and a filmmaker's eye for propulsive storytelling. His debut feature Monitor, a horror film co-directed with creative partner Matt Black and produced by Temple Hill, the team behind the Smile franchise, premiered at SXSW this year.
He is currently in development on multiple feature projects, including adaptations of his award-winning short films Pizza Time and I Bet You're Wondering How I Got Here.
On the commercial side, Polly has produced TV spots, explainers, and branded content for clients including Nintendo, ESPN, and Pizza Hut. His work is known for sharp performances, kinetic editing, and an entertainment-first approach that brings genuine cinematic craft to branded storytelling.
He is now available for commercial, branded content, and short-form projects through Prelude Films.
